SelfAccess Live - How It Works

After you send us an email, we will call you or email you back to answer any questions you may have. You will then be assigned one of our highy trained tutors who will give you lessons using our fully featured Online Virtual Classroom.

You will be speaking with your tutor and see lessons on an interactive whiteboard. You and your tutor can even work on exercises together. Your tutor will also give homework and feedback as part of the tutoring package you buy.

At the end of your lessons, the tutor will give you practise tests and give you a progress report.

Payment

When you are ready to begin your lessons, you will be asked to Register for SelfAccess Live! You can then login and pay for your tutoring package by credit card. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your payment and your lessons can begin.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your lessons or your tutor for any reason and you wish to get a refund, please email pradeep@english-to-go.com within 5 days after the lesson and say why you wish to get a refund. We will discuss the issue with your tutor and refund your payment.
